Terrell A. Smith – CEO

Terrell is an accomplished Program Manager and Cybersecurity (Information Assurance) professional with over 12 years of experience in business, governance, risk, and compliance, including policy development, process assessment, auditing, reporting, and implementing sophisticated enterprise security management and control. He excels at designing, implementing, and project & program management.

With an undergraduate degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland – College Park and both a Master’s in Information Technology and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College (now Global Campus), he understands complex enterprise environments and created PHX Enterprise to provide meaningful uncomplicated solutions to individuals and businesses.

Mr. Smith is also an adjunct professor at the College of Southern Maryland Business and Technology program teaching Information Security classes. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Terrell is also a board member for One Touch Foundation, Inc. as the Treasurer with the vision of touching as many lives as possible within the community through giving and service.
